Crontiq ("we", "us", "our") is a product of AZMORIS Group. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address (used for account creation and alerts)
• OAuth profile data (GitHub username, Google email) when you sign in via OAuth
• API keys (generated automatically for your account)
• Ping data (timestamps, JSON payloads, IP addresses of ping requests)
• Usage data (number of monitors, pings, alerts)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Crontiq monitoring service
• To send alert emails when your monitors detect issues
• To display public status pages and badges (only for monitors you explicitly make public)
• To improve the service

3. Data Storage

• All data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH)
• Passwords are never stored (we use magic links and OAuth)
• API keys are hashed and stored securely
• Ping payloads are retained for 90 days (free tier)

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your data
• We do not share your data with third parties
• Public monitors display data you explicitly choose to make public

5. Third-Party Services

• Brevo (email delivery for alerts and magic links)
• GitHub OAuth (if you choose to sign in with GitHub)
• Google OAuth (if you choose to sign in with Google)
• Cloudflare (CDN and DNS)

6. Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
• You can make any monitor private at any time
• You can export your data via the API

7. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (cq_session) for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies.
